That is, we are not fixing things for any Church or the Bible or other Church  authority but for each and for both of us helped along with God as a real  person, listening and&nbsp;praying and talking with us about it.&nbsp; Fixing things like  this is not like mixing iced tea (which we like to have half sweetened and half  unsweetened). But they must be fixed, not just half right for you and half right  for me, and half right for God&#8230; but al-right (that is all-right) for all three  of us. Together we will certainly be able to improve things&nbsp;through prayer over  a long period of time. Although St. Andrew, being a Christian who represents&nbsp;Jesus was not a Karaite, he did help bring Christianity to&nbsp;some of these&nbsp;region and probably agrees with many of the Karaite views about the importance of the written Torah over the Oral Law. Just this last week in February it was heartening to see the rebirth&nbsp;and&nbsp;re-emergence of&nbsp;celebration of Russian History and athletic excellence in the 2014 winter Olympics in the Black Sea Russian area of Sochi. &nbsp;Notice the 5 St. Andrew&#8217;s crosses which carry the divine light from the 1st to 2nd, the 3rd and 4th metaphysical levels of creation.<br \/>\nSome of these crosses contain the Buddhist &#8221; 3 diamond meditation&#8221; see 2010 htpp:\/\/www.ourprayergroup.blogspot postings.&nbsp; See also the 2006 postings of spiritual ascension meditations in this blog. The revised common lectionary was created for the occasions of common prayer and worship services among Protestants, Catholics and Jews. It has more readings from the Old Testament than the ordinary episcopal or catholic lectionary. Using these two or three year daily offices is an excellent way to keep track of an intention for reading most of the Bible in two years. The best translation of the Bible I have found is \u201cThe Amplified Bible\u201d published by Zondervan.
