All sense of tension or fatigue is dropping away from your eyes before the inflow of divine energy. They
are strong, renewed. You see the Truth more clearly. You see with eyes of the Spirit.

Centering your attention in the throat, affirm: “All power is given unto me in mind and body”.

The power of god is working through you to free you from every negative influence
Nothing can hold you in bondage. You are the overcomer, a child of God. All power is yours to control
your thoughts, to vitalize your body, to gain success, to bless others. Unleash your spiritual forces. All

Did this practice holding two black gemstones in my hands.

1st repeating the words 1) Sone, 2) Crystllized, 3) Spirit while holding stones in hand

Dissolved Spirit into vibrations of the stone,

questions what does the vibration in stone feel like? Are there any images
associated with stone? sounds? “Are there any spiritual beings associated with
the stones vibrations and my vibrations in it, its in me?

I am hearing the words OM AUM Paramahamsa yogananda OM Shanti Om...

Allowing mysekf to sink more deeply into vibration of the stone
and it in me, me in it...

In this exercise holding the two black stones in my two hands in front of me, then saying stopes,
crystallized, spirits and observing what the vibrations of black stones dissolve into, what spiritual
elemental beings are there....

I had experience of hearing YHWH, our Christian Jewish Creator God speak to me from
black cube in shel had on heart, and shel rosh from head..the shema in the scrolls inside
of the Tefillim.

Wow, what a revelation, what a blessing, what showers of blessings come to me from my Father in
Heaven when He speaks to me through my Christian Jewish, prayer instruments that I put on
not every, but often in the mornings to say, hear my morning Jewish blessings saying
blessed art Thou O God YHwH who returns my soul to me every morning, you created it you formed it, you
made it and you will take it away from me, only to return it to me some day when I die and are reborn...

Blessed art Thou O YHWH who gives Light to the Blind, lifts up the fallen, give clothes to the
naked, makes firm the ground as you extend it out of the oceans for us to walk on, strengthens
our footsteps, crowns our head with glory, praise God YHWH, YHWH JESUS,

With regard to centering vibration BG3 negative green healing energy which
exists without polarization and is a unity vibration,
If this exists it must be the primary YHWH Christ vibration, no?
This is because we pray to YHWH God and YHWH JESUS God at this
frequency to be ONE in us and outside of us, no?
This must be the creative moving, centering vibration emanated from
the Divine Plane, very close to the Godhead YHWH JESUS, no?
and to the GOLD healing, entrainment, Merkava, Name of God YHWH

I am already familiar of this exercise having done it in 2005 at Mt. Shasta angel retreat without crystals
but using Pleiadian light work methods.

This time, the ascended higher level throne angel spiritual beings I invited to join in and be grounded with
Dr. Robert’s indigo gabbro, green tourmaline, and lepidote lithium healing crystals were the same as then
and whom I am already been in frequent contact with since 1978 or so.... Jesus, St. Mary, and four

considered this a very usual helpful prayer teaching method from him in response to my inviting him to join
my column of light group of higher spiritual beings.... He was already a member I think
