Logbook started late February 2024
1st week
During early morning self-observation, receptive and active exercises
The receptive exercise is for a few minutes passively observe
Space between series of thoughts…. Sense inputs and dreams,
Thoughts about past, present, future.
Heavy tamas sleep patterns,
Movement of energy patterns, rajas,
In between
Astral light dream thoughts in middle
For the first week practice was east for me,
Did it in morning, 5 to 15 mnutes of each exercise,
Noticed improvement of spiritual focus starting in cve of
Brahma with a dark empty black cross,
Borayed in Hebrew the circle with point in it projecting light outward
After I breathed in to concentrate and dissolve the space then
Breath out to project light out, Y created one-fold out of nothingness, thought heard, spoken,
Yotzered two-fold line of radiating outward light , stretching point of emtiness into a one dimensional line,
Then triangle from left to right ear connecting upward to point above head.
After triangle created cleared it by breathing light into it
And radiating a growing sphere of light outward around head.
Then light dropping down from head to heart as suggested on
Mediatation tapes
Then asehed, four-fold… 1,2,4….x3 = 12 fold 12 petaled Name of God thought creation process going down
into heart and abdomen.
As a 3-d front and back, left and right, top and bottom
Six direction inside of 5 dimensional quantum consciousness
A U M dissolution or laya of sense impression thoughts, into concepts
And the Name of God YHWH Concept of a Concepts Object of Thougjht

During 2nd week began to tire of it and didn’t see a whole lot more of improvement
Doing it.
Noticed before and after difference of Tamas, solid objects, Rajas energy movement, Sattwa
Enlightenment. Becoming more aware of a Divne Presence (Body of Light),
And Power (movement of the Light inside of the Body of Light) as
A Divine four fold up and down the spine with hands
Circling in Divine Life Society Blessing
1) The Light of YHWH JESUS God surrounds us
2) The Love of YHWH JESUS God enfolds us
3) The Power of YHWH JESUS God protects us
4) The Presence of YHWH JESUS God overwatches us

Felt encouragement , new faith, hope, love,
That our Name of God, Heavenly Father,
Saving Redeeming Incarnated Son, Helping Holy Spirit, in

Durring 2nd week I added to the passive routines,
In addition to witnessing purifying golden sun clearing
Out the triangle around the head at the top portion
Of angel Metatron Merkava…
Envisioning blue space in abdom
Inside of area looking down from head through heart
To liver spleen tai-chi meridians and observing
My movements after choosing some simple actions to
Take each day in morning, putting on socks, eg..
Also turning key in ignition to start car…
And leaving or entering house through door.
After doing this for several days, noticing I hesitate
Before taking, completing steps in actions like
Speaking, walking…

Checking in before 3rd week of exercises, experiences for classs I meditations
Receptive:
It was easy to do the exercise to focus in space between the thoughts for 1st week.
This was probably because I had been doing the six exercises, visualing
A zero point arising from mind contracting into emptiness and chaos,
Then expanding, radiating light out into a clearing sphere in early
Gaia video dvd for about 4 months before.
2nd week I got tired of it as you said I would in 12 principles of practice.
Active
Observing doing 3 fold Yogic samyama meditations
On cylindrical object pencil was very useful in helping me
To think ordered principles of thinking, while rotating
Pencil with pointed top and half-sphere sacred geometry
Objects of thought, concept of a concept beginning to
Be what we call in Christian Judaism Borayed or created from
Emptiness and chaos.
As we say in early morning Jewish prarers while
Putting on Tefillim

On doorposts in house. This was probably because I have been practicing
Buddhist daily mindfulness present moment verses during day,
And, so as to Rudolf Steiner’s calm, purified feelling of a river of crystal
Healing life radiating into my soul from a dream I had 30 years ago,
I have been having this vision of assured happiness in heaven and healing of problems on earth
Ever since while the angels are singing the old, old story of redemption, victory in Jesus
Christ for 30 years now whenever, I wake up in the middle of the night after praying
Jesus Christ flowing down from an ascended risen, incarnated Christ on the Cross,
From a healing across the ocean of Divine 5th dimensional Quantum Consciossness
River of Eternally ever flowing crystal healing Life, Praise YHWH God and
YHWH JESUS God Hallelujah Amen. Shanti, Shanti,

I have been aware of and practicing Mantiak Chias’ Buddhist Tai Chi smiling kundalini exercises, sequential
movement in 8 kundalini energy centers, cave of Brahma radiating from Christian Cross, thyroid gland,
thymus gland, liver, heart lungs, spleen stomach, prostate gland, along with healing sounds to go along
with it, front and back rotating tai chi symbols, up and back down kriya yoga breathing methods as in my
guru Swami Vishnudevanda and Sivanandajis Divine Life Bihar yoga books, since 2005
when I went on an REI mountain climbing trip to climb Mt. Shasta and stayed at the Mt Shasta Inn, the
same weekend as an St. Germain, angel convention was being held there, next to his archangel Michael
healing center and stayed at the Mt. Shasta Inn with a lady called Lilli who had studied prayer with Mother
Teresa and talked with her about the prayer methods I learned from Mother’s disciple episcopal nun Mercy
in Rockville, Md in the early 1980s. He was climbing Mt. Shasta himself at the time and I paid his beautiful
assistant $50 to put me on a rotating sacred geometry structure and eamine my healing healing points.
I have taught both martial arts Tai Chi and healing Tai Chi moves in military and also at Drummond St. for
about 15 years to a few people. First learned a little Judo at Quantico Marine Base, Fredericksburg Va,
and Dahlgren Va, seal base in mid 1970s, then a blue belt in Korean Tai kwon-do from bodyguards to
Korean air force personnel in Wash. DC in late 1970s ,and 412 USAR Eng. Res. unit in Vicksburg, MS in
1980s, then Chinese Tai Chi from online Chinese national courses and DVDs.

1st two days write down negative perspective experienced, then explain this from
a more positive viewpoint, perspective.
negative perspective:
I had a negative view toward you Dr. Gilbert when you said during the class IV video
“The Godhead, would never say anything negative against any religious group.
This does not seem correct to me as I base my beliefs on Old Testament as New,
New Testament as Old, Biblical verses as present day Truth.
Jesus for istance we know from the Bible criticized many Rabbinical groups
, and correctly I believee, and all through the Old Testament and the Prophets
we hear our Heavenly and Earthly Father God, YHWH criticizing various
groups in Israel and outside of Israel, for worshipping idols and many others
serious sins.
Hoever, from a larger perspective you may be right in referring to our Name of God,
YHWH, YHWH JESUS< YHWH JESUSYHWH Trinitaritan God head in His, Her
Existence, not as a person, but a more ascended impersonal being.
I know from studying theology and philosophy for many years with
Dr. Mortimer Adler, first through writing letters to him to get ideas
for science fair projects in high school, and later writing letters
to him and reading his books after I got my Phd, Doctor of Philosophy
that going back to Aristotle and Plato, there are many rational
arguments to demonstrate, with certain metaphysical assumptions taken
for granted that “God is both like and unlike us”.
ie Both One as a personal and impersonal Name.
and a personal and impersonal Divine Self, Atman
and Self inside of His or Her Divine Human Self, Atman.

Essential Teachings class V
Who are we?
My, your, our group is the Christian Church
And Israel worshipping, studying, evangelizing,
the same God YHWH together.
It is both a process, healing group studying the
Word of God, the Torah and New Testameent
And a action group if service, salvation, bringing eternal life
Fully and completely, eternally to ourselves in the group and others
Outside of the group not an authoritaritian group
Not trying to make a particular national group
Or idealistic system
Like fascism or communism great or great again.
Some of us are Bar Mitzahed Jews who pray with Tefillim on.
Some of us are Baptized confirmed Christians, Baptists
Roman Catholics, Greek Orthodoxs.
Some of us are Hindus, Yogi’s, Muslims,
Why are we here?
We are the Name of ins YHWH and his Son YHWH JESUS,
And our purpose is to bless, raise up, redeem,
strengthen, glorify, this Most Holy Primary, Unique,
Name of God YHWH inside of each of us individually,
One person at a time.
What we incarnate to do in this lifetime?
We do not believe we can “save” ourselves but have
Faith in YHWH JESUS CHRIST to do this for us.
First He or She exists, has being through our faith in him or her inside of us, then outside,
Then neither inside or outside,
Then again he returns bot inside and outside,
Helping us complete what the Buddhists call
3 turnings of the Dharma, righteousness and truth
Through faith in the Name of God YHWH indwelling inside of us aS
A saving, redeeming, sanctifying, justifying comforter, helpter, spirit of divine humen Truth Holy Spirit.
This is an important difference between our group of believers in Christ,
And many other Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Theosophic, Rosecrushian, Templar, Masonic, groups who also
believe in our One God YHWH
Indwelling us as a Holy Spirit.
In terms of how I would classify God’s and My Spiritual, sutle body indwelling
Me and others that I am spiritually and sutlely connected to:
I would say I am more of an “Initiate” type b eing able to understand
Spiritual metaphysical realities and a “seer” prophetic type
Being able to see invisible realities and spiritual paths, than a magician type being able to transform
Them,
And a “Saint” type who listens to others in order to help
YHWH God and YHWH JESUS God inside of both of us help us
And is interested in serving others more than being served,
In trying to understand than to teach and trying to be understood,
I actually have a prayer website to listen to and discuss metaphysics
And contemplative prayer methods of all religions more than to teach
Any particular version of them.
As to what is the Spirit of our Age,
I believe if you are ever so lucky as to meet either
Gabriel or Michael, St. Andrew, or St. James
That the Holy Spirit of our Age,
This new milleniumn after Christ
And the person, to ask to be your teacher, your soul’s guardian, is
not the angel who is in charge
Of all of our most Holy, Highest, most
Complete, most extensive, most omnipresent
God YHWH, is not Michael or Gabriel,
Not Gabriel or Michael
But Heavenly Masculine King God in Heaven and on Earth Himself, YHWH,
and His Feminine Queen Mary, Queen of Angels and of the Rosary, Rosarcrusians…
and their Son YHWH JESUS who sits on both the right, the left hand side
and the center of the throne. between the right and left hand of YHWH God

My authority for saying this is the 1st commandment to remember always God gave Moses to

Active breathing practice for class V
I find thi active practice of breathing very helpful as a new means to stimulate intuitive
Consciousness priority, intake of, over other more standard yogic
Body, mind breathing coordination exercises.
It is different than my Swami Vishnu, Shivannda, Chidananda nadi shodani
Sun and moon hatha balanding of breath in nostrils holding and shutting
Off each nostril in turn in a in, hold, out rhythm
As compared to this in, out, hold rhythm
It is different than my teacher Thay’s Buddhist present moment
Breathing and breath counting that pulls breathing into thinking
While this technique separates it from thinking.
It is different from the Kriya Yoga Ujjayi breathing with
Tongue in back of mouth up into nasal passage, khecari breathing
Keeping track of movement of breath in upper body
Down to heart more than the rhtymn of it Which speeds up sun positive part of breathing.
And also the Sitali, moon slowing down of energy through keeping
Track of breath movement through mouth and out of nose
To slow down heart beat.
Focusing on the I AM awareness between the eyebrows and infront of
The center of the cave of Brahma.
With 1,2,4 heartbeat centered breathing counting
This is very similar to my Christian Science in Missouri

courage to step up to help if we are needed.

take away the body of Jesus and Pilate gave Him leave, John 19
They took the body of Jesus and bound it in linen and spices as is the burial custom of Jews

This act provided much comfort for the blessed virgin Mary, Lord Jesus, Lord YHWH Jesus please give me
the strength to be your witness in this Life,
Station 14 Jesus is laid in the tomb Lord Jesus a cold dark tomb is no place for the Son of YHWH God,this
is what your evil enemies wanted but 6ou o lord YHWH Jesus had the final Word, may it be so now as
always.
Lord Jesus when we are overcome by death grief and mourning over the passing of those we love remind
us that death has no power over those that believe in you and that the best is yet to come. Luke 24

Good Friday, Since we are Jews Jesus and I putting Jewish prayer Tefillim teaching St. Mary inside of some
Catholic nuns how to say the Kaddish for seven days after our death on Cross, burial, resurrection as is
Jewish requirement for our souls journey forward in Christ.
We shall with the help of God’s primary most Holy Name YHWH, YHWH JESUS, YHWHJESUSYHWH Holy
Spirit, the Lord the giver of Life, raise you up on the last day with Jewish prayers, even if we didn’t 2000
years ago, not to late, No? Did I hear a thank you Jesus?
