When Shemini Atzeret,Assembly of the 8th day, is on a Sabbath we say the Shema, the Hallel (see our

along with some added prayers,eg one called Yekum Purkan(May Salvation arise..)

May He, YHWH God, who makes the wind blow on ocean and on the land, protect us from the wind in
hurricanes and make the rain in them descend favorably upon us.

of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, a great and might, and awesome, supreme God who bestows beneficial kinesses
and creates and recreates, if necessary, everything, who sustains the living, resurrects the dead with
abundant mercy after judging them, supports the fallen, heals the sick, releases the confined, and
maintains His faith to those asleep in the dust. Who is like unto you?
