Using Saint Bernard of Claurvaux’s Monastery’s Cornerstone as
A “Standing Like a Tree, A Tai-Chi, Christmas Tree or Hanukahh
Menorah of Life Energy and Consciousness
Time Machine”. The book “Chi Kung, Way of Power by Master Lam K. Chuen, gives
A 3 to four month training regimen to learn how to cultivate energy and consciounness using Qi Kung in
order to improve your meditation methods for this.

St. Bernard beside being a well-respected praying monk of the time, also traced out the rules of training
for Knight’s Templars going to the Holy Land. He was certainly well acquainted with praying with Saint
Andrew who also has a history with him in these endeavors, especially connected with Eastern
Christianity prayer pathways. Perhaps like most military training regimens he instituted ways of standing
still for a long time then turning the 1) feet and waist, 2)arms and 3) hands, in front, overhead, around
the back, precise well practiced beforehand, small circles of motion, in order to strengthen mental
power and acumen in hand to hand combat and sword and staff fighting, somewhat like the current
Chjnese techniques of Tai Chi and Kung Fu and the Star Wars movie “Light Sword” Jedi master, martial
arts training.

Doing this you can heal yourself and also discover new pathways of God’s Creative Love in Your Soul,
Your Self moving forward in its evolution and involtuion to
A better place from wherever you are in the Eternal present moment around where you live to God’s
Eternal part of the World and People, as Heaven on Earth living around you.

1) Stand on the cornerstone facing the East, if you believe your soul belongs to the angelic order of
Ariel. To the South if you belong to Gabriel, west if Raphael, North if Michael.
2) Make one Tai Chi flowing meditation circumambulation around clockwise
Meditating on the pathway between his 1st and 2nd Degrees of Love

3),4),5) Make the other 3 circumambulations meditating from
truths of God’s Love for Ourself as we proced from inner to outer
truth circles engraved as truth pathways on the stone.
