Saw Richard Waring today, he is down to 170 lbs. He must have lost at least 10 lbs by cutting out all sugar
in his diet. I know it wasn't easy for him to do it and that his whole family is proud of him We pray he will be
able to keep it off and have a blessed, good new year 2018.
