directory on the discussion board at this website for more about this subject.
Teacher:
Tat twam asi!
(That...paramatman, highest eternal self... thou art!)
Chandogya Upanishad
Student (as an exclamation of understanding...realization):
Aham Brahmasi.
(I am Brahman....the creator of us all )
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad
important note here: three denials of self are required before saying this:
1) not the ego
2) not this (what is present now)
3) not not (something positive not negative is too be blessed)
see other posting on this site about Swami Sivanandaji's teachings on the
Mandukya Upanishad verses and the three denials before affirmative the
positive parts of the word OM
Both teacher and student together:
Ayam atma Brahmi
( This highest eternal self (atman) in us both is Brahman...is the creator
of
all universes inside and outside of us)
Mandukya Upanishad
Both teacher and student individually:
Pranjanam Brahman
(wisdom consciousness is Brahman...see other postings this prayer website
and
discussion board for explanation of how wisdom is the concept of a
concept...a three-fold fear of God in each of us and all of us and emptiness
inside of emptiness)
Aitareya Upanishad
note: some teachings explain these verses as sayings of either the teacher
or
the student individually and not together. But,most Christians and Jews
teach
that "Wherever two or three or you are together...praying in my name... I AM
there" and so do I.

Here is a very powerful series of mantra, not very well known at the time I write this, to go with the
mantras of prophecies above, invoking both the father and the mother God inside of us as a name
and as it creates new reality, consciousness, love inside of us all
Hari OM,
Mary OM.
Tat Sat,
Tat Satyam.
Tat Sat, Cid, Ananda.
OM Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
OM,OM,OM.

After studying these mantras and trying them for 9 months I am sure that the correct sequence of all of
them (these including the ones in the previous posting) is as Swami Sivananda explains in his book on
"Meditation on OM and the Mandukya Upanishad."
We start off with the affirmation:
1) Prajnanam Brahman, Consciousness is Brahman, a little more fundamental statement then that
"Wisdom is Brahman" which is the exact translation of the Sanskrit.
This is because when three or more of us are praying and affirming together
@AndrewWHarrell on twitter 12/16/2016
Three of us disciples of Jesus, are God's Truth that He spoke in the Bible. One the Light, One the Way,
One Its Life. Say: Amen, Amen, Amen.
The reason God has to be a Trinity, and not just a Verb or a Subject or an Object, is because He or She
must be Truth. And this Truth starts out with an Eternal Consciousness or wisdom, a Past, Present,
Future Truth of what It has been, is now, and will be.
Of the three parts of how God's Eternal Life realizes itself in us: 1) past, 2) present moment, 3) future
they are all a part of each other.
2) The second of the four sayings is "Ahem Brahmasmi" I AM Brahman in which as Swami Sivananda
says the prophet or aspirant fixes his mind on I AM Creator God just as Jesus Christ did in his famous
seven sayings about Divine Truth while He was speaking from inside of his disciple the prophet John.
3) The third is "Tat tvam asi' Thou art that, When God is One, as in the previous step, His or Her Truth
is One, YHWH Christ. But, when God is Two, as in this step His or Her Truth is Two, YHWH Christ,
Of the 3 ways for The Truth of God's Presence to realize Itself, the 1st two, 1)The Light (as It is Our
Father God and Creater), and 2)The Way of the Power of Love (as It is Our Savior God Jesus Christ) are
co-equal.
4) The fourth is "Ayam Atma Brahma" or the Holy Spirit of God realizing Itself as a Presence Or I AM
that I AM inside of me, and you, and both of us together. When God is Three, His or Her Truth is You,
YHWH Christ.
When understood correctly (as Jesus Christ and Our Heavenly Father understand it), The Holy Spirit is
more of a Presence than a non-material Spirit of Truth, It is us, as Jesus has said through John again in
the Fourth of His Gospel, Himself.
