Sura Al-Nahl (the Bee) 16:98

Fa-‘izaa qara’tal-Qur-‘aa-na fasta-‘iz billaahi minash-Shaytaanir-Rajiim.

When you read the Quran, seek Allah’s protection from Satan, the rejected One.


Sura Al Hujurat (inner apartments) verse 7

Wa’-lamuuu ‘anna fiikum Rasuullaah: law yuti-‘ukum fii
Kasiirim-minai-‘amri la –‘anittum
Wa laakinnallaaha habbaba ‘ilaykumul-‘ limaana wa zayyanahuu fii
Quluubikum wa karraha ‘ilaykumui-kufra walfusuuqa wal-isyaan:
‘ulaaa-ika humur-raashi-duun;-


And know that among you is Allah’s messenger: were he, in many matters,
To follow your (wishes), ye would certainly suffer: but Allah has endeared
the Faith to you, and has made it beautiful in your hearts, and He has made
hateful to you unbelief, wrongdoing, and rebellion; such indeed are those who
walk in righteousness;-


Sura Baqurah (the Cow) verses 200,201 and 202

Rabbanaaa ‘aatinas fid-dunyas wa maa lahuu fil-‘Aakhirati min
Khalaaq.

Wa minhum-many-ya quulu Rabbanaaa ‘aatinas fiddunyaa hasanatanw-wa
fil ‘’Aakhirati hasanatanw-wa qinea ‘azaaban-Naar.

‘ulaaa-‘ika lahum nasii-bum-mimmaaa
There are men who say: “Our Lord! Give us (Thy bounties) in this world!” But,
they will have no portion in the Hereafter.
And, there are men who say: “Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in
the Hereafter.
And, save us from the torment of the Fire!’
